A human can hardly attain perfection in one life. This person has to develop their heart, intellect and hand; has to mould their character away from lower chakra activities and thinking. This aspirant has to develop various virtuous qualities such as mercy, tolerance, love, forgiveness, equality and courage. This aspirant has to learn many lessons and experiences in this great school of the 3D World. Therefore, the aspirant has to take many lives to refine their character.
Reincarnation is very true. One small life is a part of the long series of lives that stretches behind you and in front of you. One life is quite insignificant. One gains a little experience during each life. Evolution takes small steps. During the course of one life a person may do many lower chakra actions and then very few good actions. Very few die as good people.
Christians believe that one life determines and settles everything for each human. How could this be? How can the everlasting future of each human be made to depend on that one small insignificant life? In Christianity, in that one life, if a person believes in Christ, they will get eternal peace in heaven. If they are an unbeliever of the Divine in that one life, they will get eternal damnation and will be thrown forever into the lake of fire or into a horrible hell. Is this not the most irrational doctrine? Should this person not get their chance to correction and improve?
The doctrine of Reincarnation is quite rational. It gives ample chances for each human’s rectification, upheaval and gradual evolution.
This 3D World is a great school. It is for your education and evolution. Be wise. Be in the spirit of Yoga. Utilize all opportunities to the best possible advantage. There is no such thing as bad. Your capacities and willpower will develop. You will receive more Divine Light, Knowledge, Purity, Peace and Spiritual strength during each subsequent life.
Smile with the flowers and the green grass. Shake hands with the shrubs, ferns and twigs. Develop friendship with all neighbours, dogs, cats, cows, birds, donkeys, human beings, trees… in fact, with all of Nature’s creations. You will have a perfect and rich life.
Open your eyes now. Wake up from your deep slumber and profound inertia. Regain the lost Divinity. Thou art Divine. Thou art the Atman. Realize this and be free.
